1. About Rich & Holy

Rich & Holy is a faith-led wealth and personal growth app for Christian women. It includes devotionals, Bible study tools, challenges, a bookclub, marketplaces and community spaces.

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rich & Holy.

2. Your Account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

Your account is identified by your User ID. Please save it, as you may need it to log in or get help.

3. Membership & Pricing

Rich & Holy is a paid monthly membership. Your account is created once your first payment succeeds, and premium access is attached to it straight away.

Early Bird pricing: members who subscribe before our launch on 18.11.26 pay $2.99 USD per month, locked in for as long as their membership stays active.

From launch, the standard price for new members is $8.99 USD per month. If an Early Bird membership is cancelled and restarted after launch, the standard price applies.

4. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically each month and are billed through Stripe to the payment method you provided.

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before raising a dispute so we can help.

5. Community Conduct

Treat every member with kindness and respect. Harassment, hateful content, explicit material, spam, scams or impersonation are not allowed.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. Marketplaces & Sellers

Sellers are responsible for their own listings, products, prices, delivery and customer service. Rich & Holy is not a party to sales between members and sellers.

Listings must be honest, legal and in line with our Christian values.

7. Content & Guidance

Devotional, financial and personal growth content is for encouragement and education only. It is not professional financial, legal, medical or mental health advice.

Some content is created with the help of AI. Always test teaching against Scripture and seek qualified advice for important decisions.

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow Rich & Holy to display it inside the app so the community can see it.

Private journals and notes stay private to you.

9. Changes & Liability

We may update the app, its features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Rich & Holy is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.
